Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks a Joint SOF Trainer IV to support USSOCOM programs. The role advises on space-based effects, supports JELC events, and develops space-centric training objectives and scenarios for multi-domain operations.

Responsibilities include scripting Space events, coordinating with agencies, and delivering after-action analyses. Travel up to 21-49% may be required; a Top Secret/SCI-level clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of related military experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Advise on space effects capabilities during concept design, planning, execution, and after-action analysis.
• Support JELC events and Exercise Control Group activities.
• Research and implement space-based tech innovations for training.
• Integrate space effects into multi-domain vignettes to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with national agencies and space components for enabler products.
• Develop training objectives and space initiatives within LVC constructs.
• Script and coordinate Space-focused injections for Master Scenario Events List.
• Produce and deliver Space-related after-action reports and briefings.
