Qualifications

• Has strong experience managing large-scale IT programs with multi-stakeholder governance.
• Proven leadership in driving projects from initiation through completion.
• Confident in managing senior stakeholders and facilitating complex discussions.
• Experience with aviation, airports, or airlines is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs within the IT environment.
• Coordinate across airlines, airport authorities, vendors, and internal teams.
• Own project planning, execution, and governance to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through cross-functional meetings and steering discussions.
• Proactively identify risks and ensure mitigation and issue resolution.
• Ensure seamless integration between business processes and IT systems.
