Tata Consultancy Services Limited is hiring a Project Manager in Jersey City, NJ. The role focuses on leading complex programs with cross-functional teams, aligning delivery with target outcomes, and managing stakeholder communications.

You will coordinate schedules, risks, and budgets, and drive change controls and governance across multiple organizations, ensuring successful program outcomes and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands on Project Mgt tools and capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality/timelines.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills. Good with Budget management.
• Analytical skills, Great communication skills, MS Power point, Excel, Word, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.
• Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk Coordinates and facilitates the program routines - for example: project kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder/steerco meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
• Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
• Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
• Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensures the execution is aligned with target outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
• Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
• Manages the financials and assists with resource planning for the program. Provided input to define/improve the Change Management
