Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Jamaica, NY is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT program delivery, coordinating across airlines, airports, vendors and internal teams.

The role requires proven leadership from initiation to completion, strong governance, and the ability to drive accountability across diverse groups. Aviation experience is highly preferred and the salary range is $100,000–$130,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs within the IT environment.
• Coordinate across airlines, airport authorities, vendors, and internal teams.
• Own project planning, execution, and governance to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through cross-functional meetings and steering discussions.
• Proactively identify risks and ensure mitigation and issue resolution.
• Ensure seamless integration between business processes and IT systems.
