STV Construction Incorporated seeks a Senior Project Manager - Aviation to lead airport terminal improvement projects on-site in New York, NY or Newark, NJ. The role requires extensive aviation project experience and prior leadership of design or construction within active airports.

Responsibilities include delivering program scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with operators, regulators, and partners. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and PMIS is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years' experience on airport projects
• Experience managing capital projects/programs over $10M
• Knowledge of airport operations, design, and construction of airport facilities

Aufgaben

• Provide project management, technical oversight and leadership for aviation projects across all phases of capital improvements.
• Coordinate design and construction procurement, permitting, and approvals; manage schedules, costs, and change control.
• Lead project planning, governance, and risk management; oversee multiple construction activities concurrently.
• Facilitate coordination with airport operators, regulators, and partners; drive program schedules and progress reviews.
