Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager - Aviation to support an aviation client onsite in New York, NY or Newark, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining client relationships and achieving project profit margins.

You will organize cross-functional activities, manage budgets and schedules, and lead proposal development, marketing efforts, and project delivery for airport environment projects. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management or similar designation.
• Minimum 7 years of construction and/or project management experience.
• Proven experience operating in a project management or leadership capacity.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes cross-functional activities for project coordination including deliverables, schedule, and budget.
• Leads development of proposals, initiation, execution, and closeout for planning, design and construction projects.
• Participates in marketing, proposal prep and presentations for project selection.
• Plans project execution and develops the project manual.
• Monitors budget, scope, schedule, cash flow, and quality to optimize client service.
