Job summary

STV Incorporated seeks a Senior Project Manager - Aviation to direct airport terminal improvement programs onsite in New York, NY or Newark, NJ. The role demands extensive aviation project leadership, stakeholder coordination, and rigorous schedule and budget control for high‑visibility projects.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in airport settings, experience with multi‑phase design and construction, and a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience on airport projects
Knowledge of airport operations, design, and construction
Experience managing capital projects over $10M
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

Provide project management, technical oversight and leadership across all phases of aviation projects
Coordinate with stakeholders, regulators, and delivery partners
Develop schedules, budgets, and cost controls; monitor progress and risk
Lead design/construction procurement, permitting and approvals, and integrations/commissioning
