Job summary

uAvionix Corporation is seeking an Implementation Specialist – Customer Success. The role is remote/field based, reporting to Technical Project Manager – Aviation Networks.

You will drive end-to-end implementation projects, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless deployment of IoT solutions for aviation networks. Responsibilities include on-site installations, site surveys, and training customers to use the deployed systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical implementation, field service, or customer success.
• Direct installation experience of hardware in indoor/outdoor environments is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Perform on-site installations of IoT devices and related networking equipment.
• Provide training and support to customers to ensure effective use of deployed IoT solutions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
