Job summary

CAE is seeking an Instructor Pilot in the United States to deliver high-quality flight and ground training, ensuring regulatory alignment and customer expectations. You will lead simulator sessions, briefings, and assessments while maintaining training records and safety standards.

As an educator, you will grow with CAE, partnering with training teams and helping pilots build confidence. The role blends hands-on instruction with curriculum development in a cutting-edge environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted ATP certificate.
• Experience teaching and communicating clearly to pilots.
• Proactive in maintaining compliance with CAE and FAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flight simulator and ground training for assigned aircraft types.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight briefings aligned with CAE standards.
• Serve as SME and guide clients through training programs.
• Complete training records and track instructor qualifications.
• Support curriculum development when required.
• Maintain professional, welcoming learning environment.
