Job summary

CAE is seeking an Instructor Pilot in the United States to deliver high-quality flight and ground training in accordance with CAE curricula and regulatory requirements. You will cultivate pilot confidence through simulator sessions, pre- and post-flight briefings, and hands-on coaching, while maintaining thorough documentation and complying with FAA standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted ATP certificate and at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating.
• Experience flying single pilot, Part 135 or business aircraft.
• Strong passion for teaching with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver flight simulator and ground instruction for assigned aircraft types and support type ratings, certificates and internal training.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight simulator briefings per CAE standards.
• Serve as SME and guide clients through training programs.
• Complete training records and track instructional qualifications and activity.
• Support curriculum and courseware development as SME when required.
