Job summary

CAE is seeking an Instructor Pilot to join our team in Las Vegas. This role focuses on delivering high-quality flight simulator and ground school training, ensuring client safety and effectiveness. You will be the subject matter expert guiding military aviators through their training experiences.

Along with instructing, you will maintain training records and assist in curriculum development. CAE offers flexible work schedules, competitive salary, and benefits, along with an inclusive workplace

Qualifications

• Hold, or meet qualifications to obtain, an unrestricted ATP certificate.
• Minimum of one unrestricted PIC type rating.
• Must participate in CAE’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
• Must be authorized to live and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulator and classroom instruction on assigned aircraft types.
• Conduct thorough pre-and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Maintain accurate training records and track instructional qualifications.
• Serve as subject matter expert in curriculum development when needed.
• Provide a welcoming learning environment while delivering customer-focused training.
