Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Project Manager, Aviation to lead key aviation infrastructure programs in the Northeast. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage documentation, and support scheduling, budgeting, and risk management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across North America.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience in complex infrastructure projects, familiarity with PMIS platforms like Procore or Primavera, and strong communication skills to liaise with clients, airports,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Experience on large capital construction programs.
• Knowledge of project controls, document management, and contracts management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of aviation infrastructure from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, architecture and construction teams.
• Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, permits, and records per procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and risk management.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes and dashboards for leadership.
