Job summary

You will work with project managers, local teams, contractors, and airport officials from planning through closeout, ensuring compliance with Avflight standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in aviation infrastructure or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or related area preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists and timelines.
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking and cost analysis.
• Prepare scope documents, change orders and progress reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones and mitigate risks; manage contracts and invoices.
• Support environmental fieldwork and on-site operations.
