Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists and timelines.
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking and cost analysis.
• Prepare scope documents, change orders and progress reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage resources.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks and support mitigation.
• Manage contracts, insurance certificates, lien waivers, and invoices.
• Document meetings, decisions and action items.
• Support QA by verifying deliverables meet requirements.
• Aid in environmental fieldwork and on-site support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
