Job summary

Evolvers is seeking a Project Manager to support planning, development, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and delivery of aviation projects and initiatives in the Port Authority network. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure high-quality results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture and at least five years of complex project management experience, preferably in airports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five (5) years project management experience in managing concurrent, complex infrastructure capital/operating projects, preferably at airports.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to Port Authority airports, as directed.
• Ability to pass extensive background checks to obtain airport identification to secured areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned Aviation projects, programs, studies, initiatives, and related activities.
• Provide project and program management support.
• Develop and manage project scopes, objectives, requirements, deliverables, schedules, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and implementation plans.
• Prepare and coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs), scopes of work, technical requirements, bridging documents, procurement packages, work orders, and related documentation.
• Manage and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and performance.
• Review and evaluate project schedules and schedule recovery plans.
• Coordinate with Aviation Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Technology, Sustainability, Customer Experience, Safety, Security, Finance, Procurement, Properties, airport management, and other internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Engineering, designers, consultants, contractors, and other technical resources.
• Support data collection, analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years project management experience in managing concurrent, complex infrastructure capital/operating projects, preferably at airports; demonstrated experience supporting planning, design, procurement of construction contracts, and construction management/administration. resulting in successful asset turnover.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to one or more Port Authority airports, as directed.
• Ability to pass extensive background checks to obtain airport identification to secured areas.
