Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Current Professional Engineer license.
At least 15 years of progressive technical experience within aviation, airfields, or a closely related discipline.
At least 10 years of leadership and supervisory experience managing technical teams and project delivery.
Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and risk.
Strong client-facing communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Lead aviation projects and programs as Senior Project Manager or Project Officer.
Oversee planning, design, and delivery of airport projects from kickoff to completion.
Drive operational and financial performance of the Mid-Atlantic aviation practice.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team while maintaining client relationships.
Ensure quality, risk management, and contract compliance across initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across offices to fulfill strategic growth goals.
