Job summary

RS&H, Inc. is seeking an Operations Leader to guide the Northeast aviation infrastructure practice and act as a Senior Project Manager or Project Officer on major airport initiatives.

Based in Vienna, VA, you will lead planning, design, and execution, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality are delivered to clients across the Northeast. You will mentor a cross‑functional team, manage relationships with airport clients, and drive strategic growth while maintaining high industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Current Professional Engineer license.
• 15+ years of aviation/airfield technical experience.
• 10+ years in leadership supervising technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of the Northeast aviation infrastructure practice.
• Serve as Senior Project Manager or Project Officer on major airport projects.
• Lead planning and design projects from kickoff to completion with accountability for scope, schedule and budget.
• Provide senior technical guidance and set delivery standards for quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop a high-performing team and strengthen relationships with airport clients.
