Job summary

CAMP Systems is seeking an Implementation & Training Account Manager to lead customer implementations, onboarding, training, and optimization of the Quantum platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor through the implementation lifecycle, ensuring customers maximize product value while driving adoption.

The role requires strong project management, customer relationship, and training skills, with up to 50% travel to customer sites for engagements and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Aviation Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, professional services, consulting, or technical training.
• ERP/aviation maintenance/enterprise software implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and post-implementation optimization.
• Configure Quantum software to align with customer processes and requirements.
• Deliver engaging onsite and remote end-user and administrator training.
• Develop implementation plans, milestones, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Manage travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.
