Job summary

CAMP Systems is seeking an Implementation & Training Account Manager to lead customer implementations, onboarding, and training for the Quantum platform. Travel up to 50% to customer sites for implementation, training, and optimization engagements.

The role requires strong project management, customer relationships, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to translate business requirements into successful software implementations and provide ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Deliver onsite and remote end-user training.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure customer success.
