Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive recruiting experience with full-cycle hiring.
• Proficient with ATS platforms and HRIS; strong MS 365 skills.
• Solid knowledge of RI employment law and compliance requirements.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across locations.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and source effectively.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines via job boards and campuses.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate in-person or panel interviews.
• Oversee onboarding, I-9 verification, and benefits enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS records and support compliance reporting.
