Job summary

Turbo Air, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Line Service Technician to deliver exceptional ground service for aircraft of all sizes, and to maintain a clean, safe facility and supportive grounds.

You will marshal aircraft, handle phone reception, fuel and service orders, reservations, and payments, while upholding a high standard of customer service. FAA and Homeland Security background checks, pre-employment drug screening, and lifting 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to shifts.
• Physically capable to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Must pass FAA/Homeland Security background checks and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet and marshal aircraft and assist customers.
• Handle phone reception and fuel/service orders.
• Process rental car and hotel reservations; process credit cards.
• Clean interior/exterior of aircraft and maintain facilities.
• Maintain flight service boards and ensure safety of facilities.
• Move aircraft as needed and provide high standard customer service.
• Work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
