Qualifications

• Ability to be proactive and anticipate customer needs.
• Must be physically able to work outdoors in all weather and around equipment.
• Background checks and pre-employment drug screening will be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and marshal aircraft as first point of contact.
• Answer phone and handle fuel orders and service requests.
• Process rental car and hotel reservations; handle credit card transactions.
• Clean aircraft interior and exterior; maintain line service facilities.
