Ascension FBO is seeking a Line Service Technician to provide aviation ground services and exemplary customer support for crew and passengers. You will perform fueling, marshalling, and general ramp duties in outdoor conditions, with training and safety at the forefront.

The role emphasizes safety, professional conduct, and dependable teamwork. Candidates should be at least 18, possess a valid driver's license, and be prepared for varied shifts and outdoor work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18.
• Excellent customer relation skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal communication and legible writing.
• Basic math skills.
• Valid state driver's license; CDL may be required for operations.
• Stable job history.

Responsibilities

• Active participation in new hire and recurrent training.
• Operate all operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain high levels of safety and customer service.
• Treat others with courtesy and respect.
• Fuel, tow, wing walk and provide general ground support for aircraft.
• Marshal and greet aircraft in a professional and friendly manner.
• Perform periodic checks of equipment and facilities and document findings.
• Maintain a clean and organized ramp, hangars, and facilities.
• Communicate customer feedback with Ascension FBO personnel.
• Perform lawn care and janitorial services as assigned.
• Report safety incidents or hazards to management.
• Initiate emergency and incident response procedures as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
