Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience in aviation/ground handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
• Manage shift schedules, workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks and rotations.
• Communicate with the manager about problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist payroll administration and shift paperwork.
• Complete work safely and per company standards.
• Report safety and security incidents and potential hazards.
