Job summary

Swissport International in Seattle seeks a Ramp Lead Agent to direct ramp operations, train staff, and ensure safety and efficiency in loading and unloading aircraft per customer and FAA guidelines.

The role requires leading a team, interpreting load sheets, and maintaining professional conduct while managing baggage and equipment. Availability across shifts and ability to lift up to 70 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in ramp operations.
• Lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg).
• Ability to work in inclement weather.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload processes per airline/Swissport guidelines.
• Lead ramp agents and ensure safety and asset protection.
• Read and interpret load sheets and load/unload A/C per customer instructions.
• Manage baggage make up per airline specifications.
• Oversee staff discipline and enforce company rules.
