Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Three years of management experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret various documents and procedures.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct ramp activities to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Manage budgets, resources and KPI performance.
• Maintain SOPs, policies and adherence across teams.
• Lead supervisors and ramp staff with strong communication.
