Job summary

Piedmont Airlines in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Shift Manager, Ground Handling to support Station Management with daily operations, safety, and security in our Ground Handling Department.

Ideal candidates have FAA/OSSP familiarity, strong leadership, and the ability to coach staff, manage labor relations, and deliver timely reports. A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or Business and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with FAA and Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program regulations.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with internal controls for accountability items.
• Able to work with all levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Management with operational activities of the station.
• Oversee daily operations with safety and security focus.
• Coach and develop staff; manage labor relations and discipline as needed.
• Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
