Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have familiarity with FAA regulations and Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage staffing and labor relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
• Experience in operational efficiency and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with station labor relations, operations efficiencies, maintenance, facilities, safety, and security.
• Oversee daily operations with a focus on meeting company goals and customer expectations.
• Coach and develop staff; address non-compliant behavior and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and manage staff scheduling.
