Job summary

Bayview Aviation seeks a General Manager to oversee operations, finance, and customer relationships, with full P&L responsibility and strategic leadership. You will drive safety, quality, and profitability while guiding workforce development and business growth.

The role requires strong financial acumen, aviation industry knowledge, and the ability to partner across functions to meet regulatory and customer needs. Extensive travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for Bayview Aviation operations, employees, and business activities.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, control costs, and enhance performance.
• Lead and develop managers, establish expectations, and ensure staffing aligns with needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and act as senior point of contact for major matters.
• Travel frequently to support customer relationships, business development, and company initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with FAA requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to review performance and address risks.
