Job summary

Bayview Aviation is seeking a General Manager to lead all facets of the Mount Pleasant, SC operation. The role entails full P&L responsibility, strategic planning, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the business.

The GM will drive financial performance, customer relationships, workforce leadership, and business development while aligning with senior leadership on priorities and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the commercial aviation aftermarket, aerospace, MRO, or related industry.
• Demonstrated leadership with P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for Bayview Aviation operations and personnel.
• Manage day-to-day operations to achieve safety, quality, customer service, and financial objectives.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility with annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and other KPIs; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee aircraft engines, component, and inventory acquisition opportunities and capital investment decisions.
