Job summary

Atlantic Aviation is seeking a highly motivated General Manager for an immediate FBO leadership role. Based at a strategic location, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, safety, and the financial performance of the FBO facility.

You will lead operations, customer service, sales, and local accounting, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient service delivery. Prior FBO/aviation management experience and a flexible schedule are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of specialized general aviation experience
• Demonstrated financial, administrative and management capabilities
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure safety/compliance

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring safe delivery of products and services
• Lead and develop employees to perform to high standards
• Manage a cross-functional team including operations, customer service, sales, and local accounting
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal authorities
• Oversee all FBO functions including service delivery, facilities, staffing and maintenance
• Maintain and grow existing business while negotiating fuel and hangar agreements
• Coordinate with home airport managing entity and oversee facility budgeting/forecasting
