Piedmont Airlines, Inc. in Bangor, ME seeks a Customer Service Gate Agent to join our Ground Handling team.

You will assist passengers with boarding, monitor computerized boarding, and help customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors. The role requires completing gate agent training, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and willingness to work all shifts including weekends and holidays; starting pay is $16.80 per hour with benefits and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Successful completion of gate training course.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Work all shifts including weekends, nights, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs.
• Change flight itineraries and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway and work as a team to deliver excellent service.
