Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Fueler Supervisor to lead daily aircraft fueling operations and manage a team of fuelers. You will coordinate fueling schedules, monitor inventory, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and effective communication, with responsibilities including training staff, performing equipment inspections, and maintaining accurate fueling records.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices).
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fueling operations, fuel trucks, fuel farm, tugs, and related equipment.
• Supervise fueling staff and ensure safe, efficient fueling operations.
• Maintain accurate records of fueling transactions.
• Perform daily quality control inspections on equipment and ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Utilize fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to refuel aircraft.
• Ensure accurate loading and balancing of fuel; conduct defueling procedures as required.
• Maintain safety, follow procedures, and address issues during fueling operations.
• Exhibit PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
