Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Fueler Supervisor to lead daily aircraft fueling operations and supervise a team of fuelers.

You will ensure safety compliance, manage fueling schedules, inventory, and equipment, and train staff to maintain high standards of service. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, focus on safety, and the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• FAA/RAIC/TSA/Port Authority credentials as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fueling operations and supervise fueling staff.
• Manage fuel trucks, fuel farm, tugs, and related equipment.
• Ensure safe, accurate fueling and loading/balancing of fuel.
• Maintain records of fueling transactions and inspections.
• Train staff and conduct safety inspections.
• Work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather.
