Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in aviation fuel management, including supervisory roles.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance related to aviation fuel.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and complex projects.
• Proficiency in budgeting, strategic planning, and operations management.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders and partners.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Pass a background check and drug screen; eligibility for needed credentials (FAA, RAIC, TSA, etc.).

• Prepare and manage the fuel department budget, optimizing costs and resources.
• Innovate new technologies and processes to enhance fuel efficiency.
• Conduct audits and inspections to maintain fuel quality.
• Respond to and resolve fuel-related issues and emergencies.
• Maintain records and reports on fuel transactions and inventory.
• Foster communication within the fuel department and across the organization.
