Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Fueler Supervisor to oversee daily aircraft fueling operations, lead a team of fuelers, and ensure strict safety and regulatory compliance. The role includes coordinating schedules, inventory management, and staff training for efficient fueling of aircraft.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to interpret information on print and electronic devices.
• Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients, in person and electronically.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligible for required credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, US Customs as applicable).
• Airline operations require flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fueling operations on site and manage fuelers.
• Coordinate fueling schedules and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain fuel inventory and equipment records.
• Train staff and conduct safety inspections.
• Ensure accurate loading, balancing and refueling of aircraft.
• Maintain daily quality control on equipment and cleanliness.
• Operate fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts.
• Exhibit PrimeFlight service standards and safety.
