Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Fueler Supervisor to lead the fueling team at our Baltimore facility. The role involves overseeing daily fueling operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating fueling schedules, and maintaining equipment.

You will train staff, conduct safety inspections, manage fuel inventory, and handle records. The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and flexibility

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fueling operations and supervise fuelers.
• Manage fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and related equipment.
• Coordinate fueling schedules and inventory.
• Maintain records of fueling transactions.
• Perform daily quality control inspections on equipment.
• Ensure safe and accurate fueling and load balancing of aircraft.
• Exhibit PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
