Job summary

Maytag Aircraft seeks an Assistant Terminal Manager at Chambers Field in Portsmouth, VA. You will manage daily operations, oversee bulk fuel storage, and supervise personnel in aviation fuel handling and related equipment.

You will ensure compliance with training requirements and policy standards, coordinating movements of fuel and supervising inventory, quality surveillance, and environmental compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience in petroleum storage and distribution operations.
• Experience with aviation fuel servicing equipment and AFHE knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled movements of fuel and supervise AFHE operations.
• Oversee quality surveillance of aviation and ground fuel products and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Navy NOSC procedures and spill response training requirements.
