Job summary

Swissport seeks a Fuel Facility Supervisor to lead fuel- facility personnel, ensure safe receipt, storage, and distribution of aviation fuel, and enforce QA standards in line with ATA 103 and NFPA.

The role requires supervising operations, maintaining inventories, and coordinating with maintenance and emergency response teams to prevent interruptions and incidents on site in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain driving privileges.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in fuel facilities or related field.
• Knowledge of aviation-fuel quality control and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, train, and assist fuel facility personnel during shifts.
• Oversee fuel storage, hydrant system, and tanker-truck deliveries.
• Maintain fuel inventory records and conduct QC tests per standards.
• Perform inspections of facility, equipment, and documentation.
• Respond to spills, leaks, and emergency conditions; ensure safety.
