Job summary

Swissport International AG is seeking a Fuel Facility Supervisor to lead fuel facility personnel, ensuring safe receipt, storage, quality control, and distribution of aviation fuels. The role enforces ATA Spec 103, ASTM, NFPA, and site procedures, with duties including inventory management, inspections, and emergency response.

Expected pay rate is $26.75 - $27.82/hour. Full-time benefits include health, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, sick time, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in fuel facilities or aviation fuel operations.
• Knowledge of fuel quality control and SAFETY procedures.
• Ability to supervise, train, and direct a team.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with ATA Spec 103, ASTM, NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fuel facility personnel during assigned shifts.
• Ensure safe receipt and storage of petroleum products.
• Oversee tanker-truck deliveries and verify documentation.
• Maintain fuel inventory records and perform quality-control tests.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities for safety and compliance.
• Respond to fuel spills, leaks, and emergencies per procedures.
