Vantage Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage front desk interactions and support daily FBO operations. You will greet customers, process purchases, coordinate travel needs with pilots, and maintain a professional front desk environment.

Formación

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Some college education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers at the front desk.
• Process customer purchases and fuel transactions.
• Coordinate transportation, lodging, and baggage with pilots and staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Use computers, radios, and POS systems in daily operations.
