Aloha Air Cargo is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support finance and senior management by interpreting financial information, identifying trends, and recommending actions to improve profitability. The role involves developing annual strategic and operating plans and collaborating across functions to deliver value.

The candidate will communicate effectively with senior leaders, build strong relationships, and manage financial storytelling through reports and presentations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field; MBA desirable.
• Strong accounting understanding and experience recommended.
• 0-3 years of FP&A or related experience; aviation/transportation or strategy consulting a plus.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; VBA knowledge a plus.
• Ability to develop insights from data and present clearly to management.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with key drivers and metrics.
• Develop forecasting reports and present financial results to senior management.
• Translate large data sets into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with P&L and cost center managers for informed decision making.
• Prepare management presentation materials and financial communications.
• Partner with senior management to offer strategic options for decisions.
• Utilize SAP and Business Objects to create value-added reports.
• Educate stakeholders on financial performance across areas.
• Track key performance indicators and pursue process improvements.
• Review and monitor capital spending projects.
• Lead ad-hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.
• Continuously review processes to streamline and automate operations.
• Perform other tasks as required.
