Job summary

Air Transport Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision support for an assigned ATSG unit or corporate function.

You will build driver-based models, analyze variances, and collaborate with operating and finance leaders to inform strategic decisions. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, with exposure to KPI reporting and executive-level content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field is required.
• 3+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
• Experience building driver-based financial models and reporting for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Budget, forecast, and strategic planning for a business unit or function.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial packages and variance analysis.
• Develop and present business cases and capital requests to leadership.
• Extract and validate data from ERP systems to support reporting.
