Job summary

Priester Aviation seeks a Flight Services Advisor to coordinate flights and services, ensuring seamless client experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will manage day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, coordinating with owners, crews, and service teams with a focus on timely, professional communication.

The role requires extensive scheduling experience in business aviation (Part 135), an eye for compliance, and the ability to handle complex itineraries across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Five years of Business Aviation scheduling experience, including international operations.
• FAA Aircraft Dispatchers License preferred.
• Aviation scheduling software experience, FL3XX preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including on-call rotation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Receive flight details from owners, assistants, sales and flight crew to create trips.
• Arrange and reconfirm all client and flight crew trip services and concierge requests.
• Research trip requirements with flight crew to prevent disruptions.
• Communicate delays or issues and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FAR 135/91 in all operations and coordinating with ASM.
