Job summary

Priester Aviation, a premier aircraft services company, seeks a Flight Services Advisor in Denver to coordinate owner and crew trips, manage day-to-day service activities, and ensure timely communications with flight crews, owners and vendors.

Five years in Business Aviation/Part 135 scheduling are required, with FL3XX experience preferred; strong Office 365 skills, exceptional communication, and on-call flexibility are essential for this high‑demand, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Business Aviation, Part 135 scheduling experience.
• FAA Aircraft Dispatchers License – preferred.
• Aviation Scheduling Software experience – FL3XX experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes on-call rotations.
• Proficient in Office 365.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Exceptional prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail to achieve excellence in client service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight details and create trips for owners and crew.
• Arrange and re-confirm trip-related services and concierge requests.
• Research planned and tentative trip requirements with flight crew to avoid interruptions.
• Communicate proactively with all trip stakeholders about concerns and solutions.
• Assist with international trip planning and regulatory compliance.
• Support after-hours and on-call coverage for the Flight Services team.
