Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking a GSE and Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our 24/7 operations. The role spans diagnostics, major repairs, and preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles and employee shuttles, with opportunities to grow across all skill levels.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, competitive hourly pay from $26 to $44 depending on experience and ASE or CDL qualifications, plus benefits and training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience and knowledge of servicing vehicles.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, diesel, gasoline, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and computerized vehicle systems.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure compliance with company safety standards and DOT regulations.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Mechanic I and Mechanic II employees.
• Assist with repair planning, parts procurement, and inventory control.
• Verify the quality of completed repairs and maintenance activities.
• Support emergency roadside and operational repairs as required.
• Recommend process improvements to increase fleet reliability and efficiency.
• Perform all other duties within technical capabilities and experience.
