Job summary

Unifi Maintenance is seeking GSE and Fleet Maintenance Technicians to grow with our technical operations team. We welcome all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals, to diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot fleet vehicles and employee shuttle buses to maintain reliability and readiness.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience and knowledge of servicing vehicles.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Four to six years of fleet maintenance experience.
• Multiple ASE certifications and CDL Class A/B with Passenger Endorsement are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, diesel, gasoline, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and computerized vehicle systems.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure safety and DOT compliance.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior mechanics.
• Assist with repair planning, parts procurement, and inventory control.
• Verify the quality of completed repairs and maintenance activities.
• Support emergency roadside and operational repairs as required.
• Recommend process improvements to increase fleet reliability and efficiency.
