Job summary

Unifi Maintenance is seeking technicians at all skill levels to support our fleet maintenance across North America. From entry-level to seasoned diagnosticians, you will perform diagnostics, major repairs, and complex troubleshooting on fleet vehicles and employee shuttles, to keep our operations reliable.

Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and pay from $26 to $44 per hour, with competitive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, career training, and tool allowances.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with servicing vehicles.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, diesel, gasoline, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and computerized vehicle systems.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Mechanic I and Mechanic II employees.
• Assist with repair planning, parts procurement, and inventory control.

Job Summary

A Unifi Technician is an opportunity to advanced your technical career. Job Duties

• *Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, diesel, gasoline, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and computerized vehicle systems.
• *Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• *Utilize diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• *Conduct detailed inspections to ensure compliance with company safety standards and DOT regulations.
• *Mentor and provide technical guidance to Mechanic I and Mechanic II employees.
• *Assist with repair planning, parts procurement, and inventory control.
• *Verify the quality of completed repairs and maintenance activities.
• *Support emergency roadside and operational repairs as required.
• *Recommend process improvements to increase fleet reliability and efficiency.
• *Perform all other duties within technical capabilities and experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• *Maintenance experience and knowledge of servicing vehicles
• *Ability to work independently with supervision as required.
• *Valid Driver's License.

Preferred qualifications for higher pay range

• *Four to six years of fleet maintenance experience.
• *Multiple ASE certifications.
• *CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement.
• *Experience with fleet maintenance following DOT standards.
• *Refrigeration, HVAC, or advanced electrical certifications.
