Job summary

Unifi Maintenance is seeking technicians at all skill levels to support our fleet maintenance across North America. From entry-level to seasoned diagnosticians, you will perform diagnostics, major repairs, and complex troubleshooting on fleet vehicles and employee shuttles, to keep our operations reliable.

Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and pay from $26 to $44 per hour, with competitive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, career training, and tool allowances.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with servicing vehicles.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, diesel, gasoline, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and computerized vehicle systems.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Mechanic I and Mechanic II employees.
• Assist with repair planning, parts procurement, and inventory control.
