Unifi Aviation, LLC in Memphis is seeking a GSE and Fleet Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet vehicles and employee shuttles across shifts. The role covers complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems with opportunities for skill growth and on-the-job training.

We offer flight privileges after 30 days, PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, a 401(k), tool allowances, and a company tool set after one year.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience and knowledge of servicing vehicles.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, diesel, gasoline, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and computerized vehicle systems.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Assist with repair planning, parts procurement, and inventory control.
• Verify quality of completed repairs and maintenance activities.
• Support emergency roadside and required repairs.
